This is a Super Premium rum from Carupano, a winery located in a low-lying valley in Venezuela, close to the Caribbean Sea.

This Reserva Limitada cuvée is the happy result of 18 years' ageing in American white oak casks: a particularly long maturation, during which this over-aged rum has been able to develop unique notes, both on the nose and on the palate.

Its beautiful amber colour with golden highlights conceals aromas of candied fruit, oak, almond and honey.

The palate is beautifully balanced, with irresistible flavours of fig and chocolate leading the way in a dizzying waltz.

This cuvée won the Bronze Medal at the 2021 London Spirits Competition. A title richly deserved!
