LOCATION OF THE VINEYARDS Appellation : . Bordeaux Légende Bordeaux red comes from the Entre-deux-Mers region. Terroir : The Entre-deux-Mers vineyards are located on the slopes between the Dordogne and Garonne rivers, to the south-east of Bordeaux. This vast area offers a wide variety of terroirs and soils, ranging from clay-limestone plots well-suited to Merlot, to well-exposed gravelly slopes ideal for the vines.

VINIFICATION PROCEDURE This wine is made using traditional vinification methods in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Alcoholic fermentation was followed by a 15-day maceration period at 28°C, resulting in a gentle, gradual extraction of colour and tannins. This wine has a subtle balance between fruit and wood.

TASTING NOTE The colour is brilliant with purple-red highlights. The nose is very expressive, with generous aromas of fresh fruit (redcurrant, raspberry) underlined by delicate woody notes. On the palate, this wine is round and refined, with a touch of oak and tannins that are both frank and silky. Long-lasting, with a fresh, fruity finish. Drink within 2 to 3 years of bottling to appreciate its freshness.
