If you taste it, you'll love it! The juries love it! The number of awards it has won is impressive. The secret? Fresh, hand-picked elderflowers that give St-Germain its unique, mellow flavour. St-Germain is the perfect ingredient for your cocktails!
THE HARVEST
It's in the foothills of the French Alps that we can pick the delicate flowers for just a few weeks in late spring. In order to be able to harvest enough flowers during the short flowering period, which lasts from 4 to 6 weeks, we call on the services of around a hundred French farmers who pick the flowers by hand. The flowers are harvested at the peak of their flavour and aroma. This is what gives St-Germain its exceptional taste.
PRODUCTION
Speed is essential to preserve the freshness and aroma of these delicate flowers. That's why they are transported very quickly to our distillery. To make St-Germain, we had to invent a completely new process to force the elderflowers to release their precious essence while retaining their unrivalled aroma. Needless to say, this new process is a jealously guarded family secret. For the next stage, we return to our traditional techniques where the macerated elderflowers are mixed with eau de vie, as artisan distillers have been doing for centuries. We then blend the resulting spirit with just the right amount of pure cane sugar to bring out the flowers' natural flavour.
NATURAL FLAVOUR
The result is an artisanal elderflower liqueur, with a subtle aroma revealing notes of exotic fruits, pear and grapefruit, underlined by a hint of honeysuckle. The marvellous scent of elderflower is captured for the first time in a perfectly balanced artisanal liqueur. All natural, with no preservatives or colourings.
BARTENDERS' FAVOURITE

St-Germain has become an essential ingredient in the world's most famous bars. A nod to gin, a date with vodka: St-Germain is highly versatile. A dash of St-Germain enhances any cocktail: that's why St-Germain is considered the 'pepper and salt' of the cocktail world. But the real hero in this story? The St-Germain Spritz! For a refreshing St-Germain Spritz, fill a glass with ice cubes. Add 4cl of ST-Germain, 6cl of Martini Brut and 6cl of sparkling water. Stir and garnish with a twist of lemon. Enjoy!
