Colour
Transparent like water. Very slight blue-violet tint due to the presence of juniper essential oil.

Aroma
Pronounced scents of Tuscan juniper, mingled with an initial floral note of Piedmont roses. After the sweet entrance, the balsamic note of sage from the Portofino leaf and the refreshing lemon zest from the Amalfi coast make their way in, the true signature of Engine Gin.

Taste
An intense entry of juniper, alternating with a pleasant, slightly bitter note of sage and lemon essential oils, finishes with a sweet taste of liquorice and rose petals.
