Talisker is a whisky distillery located in Carbost, on the Isle of Skye in Scotland. It is one of two distilleries on the island.
We are spec stores Talisker, as such we offer the full range of Whisky Talisker including rare bottles such as 18 years / 25 years / 30 years / Special Releases / Distiller's Edition / Parley / 45 years. -

Our micro-distillery is unique in that it can distil in two different ways: pot still and column. Two very different processes, one of which, the pot still, is used for distilling traditional Whisky, and the other, the column, for distilling Gin, among other things. Although the Scots will cry wolf, we found that the use of the pot still was unnecessary. In fact, starting with very high quality raw materials and controlling the fermentation, we manage to produce an exceptional ‘new make’ distillate using only the distillation column. Notes of orchard (pears, apples) and cereals predominate. This allows us to have over 70% alcohol straight away, whereas pot still would require a second distillation to reach our objective of 65%.
With a wash quantity of no more than 500 litres, our micro-distillery is one of the smallest in Belgium.
