Rebranded under new ownership in 2015, the new packaging makes this link much clearer. The rebranding also saw this new release join the range, finished in ex-Madeira wine casks.
Nose: Some juicy malt and stone fruit, lime peel and crushed almond.
Palate: Rounded nutty toffee, sweet wood spice, a hint of pot pourri and citrus.
Finish: Oak and dry barley.
Overall: A nutty, fragrant malt from the Western Highlands.
