Tasting notes
Colour: Coppery amber.
Nose: Very expressive, vegetal and malty, gradually revealing superb aromas of flowers and ripe fruit (peach, apricot) and developing into brioche, cocoa powder and orange marmalade.
Palate: With a fine balance of sweetness and bitterness, this is delicious and supple, confirming the orange aromas already present on the nose. It continues with walnuts and a delicate salty note.
Finish: Long and herbaceous (menthol, chlorophyll), with a lingering hint of salt.
