Art of Rum unveils its third exceptional cuvée, where the art of blending meets the creativity of Réunionese artists. Born of the expertise of master blender Thierry Grondin and the artistic world of Repy, this old rum is the embodiment of audacity. For the first time, an agricultural rum and a Grand Arôme have been merged under the AGA brand, creating an unprecedented alliance. Distilled in 2019, they were placed in casks after blending and aged for three years in the heart of cellar n°4, in our humid cellar.

BLENDING: Agricole and Grand Arôme blended in the cask before ageing.

TASTING NOTES

 

NOSE Slightly fruity overtones (apple and citrus), balanced by a vegetal freshness. A balsamic note and discreet woodiness reveal a mineral and saline touch.

PALATE A clean attack, quickly balanced by fruitiness and sweetness, with the minerality and salinity of the nose lingering on the palate for a long finish.

The finish is tonic and assertive, combining fruity roundness with vegetal and saline touches. The aromatic richness tempers the liveliness of the young rum and gives it a fine balance.
