CANE BLOSSOM - FUTS DE MIZUNARA
This 100% cane juice rum, distilled by us, has spent several
months in rare Mizunara casks, which give it its lovely light amber colour
.
This Japanese oak takes 200 to 300 years to reach
maturity and is found only in the forests of Hokkaido in the
region of Tohoku.
Colour: The Mizunara cask gives our rum a beautiful golden colour
Nose: a fresh, floral aroma, followed by oriental notes such as resin and
spices
Palate: oriental notes of resin, spices, white
fruit and sugar give it smoothness and depth
Finish: very persistent resin notes with a long finish
Alcohol content: 45%.
