From one volcanic island to another: Volcanic Cane is the marriage of two

volcanic terroirs, Haitian cane and legendary Islay peat.

After a long maturation in ex-Cognac casks and a few months in ex-Bourbon casks , this rum completed its journey in Islay Whisky casks .

Bottled brut de fût, Volcanic Cane has a beautiful coppery colour.

The nose combines gourmet spices with the delicate aroma of peat.

The smooth, full-bodied palate is reminiscent of the spicy-smoky nose.

The finish is long and ends on notes of dried fruit
