Baroko is the latest addition to the Don Papa family, with a new approach to taste that is accessible, round and gourmet, in tune with the taste expectations of new consumers.

The final blend reveals the original spirit of Don Papa. On the nose, there's an explosion of citrus and vanilla, with intense flavours of dried fruit and honey. The finish is long and bold, with a touch of spicy oak.

The Don Papa brand is a classic exotic rum, sweet and delicately vanilla-flavoured. Made in the Philippines on the islands of Negros, this latest addition to the brand is aged on site at the foot of the Kanlaon volcano in old American oak casks. To this blend of molasses rum, the Master Blender has added a little local cane sugar to enhance Baroko's gourmet flavours. The palate is both smooth and round, revealing a lovely mouthfeel with notes of fruitcake and an explosion of candied citrus flavours.
