A super Extra Old from Peru!
After being distilled in old Scottish column stills, this Peruvian molasses ron Millonario XO is then aged using the solera method in top-quality American oak, ex-bourbon and sherry casks.

This is a blend of rums aged between 12 and 20 years.
Tasting notes

Nose

Soft and warm, with notes of dried banana and toffee.

On the palate

After a rather smooth attack, the well-balanced body develops a wide range of aromas: butterscotch, milk chocolate, cold coffee, vanilla, enhanced by a hint of spice.

The finish

The whole is quite mellow, almost syrupy, moving languorously towards a barely woody, long-lasting finish.

The Millonario distillery is located in northern Peru, and was founded just over a century ago.
