This MONIN 70cl cotton candy syrup will be perfect for your cocktails with or without alcohol, your drinks and soft drinks, but also for pastries!

Syrup can be used in a wide range of preparations. In patisserie, you can use it to add flavour to mirror icing, or to make macaroon eclairs, choux pastries and whipped cream with a candyfloss flavour, as well as ice creams and sorbets.

Of course, it's essential for preparing cocktails like the cotton candy spritz, or for flavouring fizzy drinks, sodas, lemonades and even iced teas!

Monin was founded in 1912 in the beautiful French town of Bourges by an entrepreneur by the name of Georges Monin. It's a family business now run by grandson Olivier Monin.
