Schrubb is a traditional liqueur from the West Indies, where it is very popular. It is particularly popular at Christmas, when the orange season is in full swing, while it's freezing in mainland France!

Made from the peel of oranges, the recipe of Martinique's Clément Schrubb dates back several hundred years. Macerated with cane sugar syrup, spices and a blend of Clément white rums and old rums, the orange peels release aromas of ripe oranges. The nose immediately propels you into orange flavours accompanied by beautiful spicy notes.

The palate is a fine balance of fresh, fruity notes, spices and sugar cane notes carried by the rums and sugar syrup.

The finish is smooth, with a hint of freshness.

Enjoy it neat, on the rocks, with sparkling water or in a cocktail.

Best drunk chilled, preferably in a chilled glass.
