of GOUDEN CAROLUS TRIPEL beer. A first for Belgium
are the hand-hammered copper distillation vats in which the wort
in which the wort - made entirely from malted barley - is distilled.
The result is a pure, clear distillate.

Gold medal for HET ANKER's Gouden Carolus Single Malt whisky at the Spirits Selection Concours Mondial de Bruxelles.
Maturation in Bourbon oak casks followed by a successive period in Het Anker casks (oak casks reworked by a cooper to our own specifications) results in a whisky fin with a rich, balanced taste. The slightly fruity aromas unfold in balance with a touch of vanilla and oak.
