Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to notify the company that he/she withdraws from the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery* of the goods or the conclusion of the service contract’ - (article 46 2° of the law of 6 April 2010 on market practices and consumer protection).
*Except for products manufactured at the customer's request.

Cancellation:
S.P.R.L. Shop Night and Day allows you to cancel your orders free of charge, except in the case of personalised items, specially made for you and already produced. For standard products, the consumer has the right to return them within ten days of receipt. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer. Personalised orders cannot be taken back.
Returns:
S.P.R.L. Shop Night and Day does its best to satisfy all its customers. If you have any suggestions or complaints, please let us know by e-mail and we will respond as soon as possible. Non-perishable products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Pack and seal your package securely (in the original packaging if possible). Packages must be returned carriage paid. We do not accept packages ‘carriage paid by recipient’. If the product is returned, we will refund the value of the product. (All our sales are ex-store).
