After a minimum of 48 months' ageing in our cellars, our Réserve cuvée takes on an inimitable golden colour with a hint of straw, and a fine, delicate train of bubbles. This prolonged ageing encourages the development of fine aromas such as apple pie, hazelnut, toasted almond, brioche and buttered toast.

To the eye, this wine is a magnificent brilliant gold colour with a straw sheen, and the bubbles are fine and elegant.
The nose is complex, with aromas of great finesse: brioche, buttered bread, toasted (due to the age of the wine and the grape variety), toasted almonds. The nose is evolving and complex.
Supple and broad on the palate, this wine is full, rich and harmonious. Good length. Evolving and mature.
