Its brilliance, pale pink tints, fine, delicate bubbles and aromas of citrus fruit and red berries are seductive.
The moderate dosage of this wine, its low sulphur content and its return to the cellar for additional ageing time after disgorgement give it a maturity where Chardonnay and Pinot Noir can develop all their authenticity and purity.
