The Cuvée Brut Blanc de Blancs asserts the finesse, freshness and elegance of Chardonnay, the estate's signature grape variety.
After a minimum of 18 months' cellar ageing, our Cuvée Blanc de Blancs takes on an inimitable golden yellow colour, with a fine, delicate train of bubbles.
The wine's moderate dosage, low sulphur content and return to the cellar for further ageing after disgorgement give it perfect balance.
Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay.
Our Blanc de Blancs is the perfect accompaniment to all your festive events. As an aperitif, on a seafood platter or with fish, such as sea bass carpaccio with citrus fruit.
A lovely bright golden yellow colour, the bubbles are fine and delicate.
The nose is complex. Initially, fruit aromas emerge: citrus and white fruits (apple, pear). Then notes of ageing emerge: buttery, toasted, toasted hazelnuts (typical of Chardonnay). Notes of pineapple, apricot and peach complete the aromatic palette.
The palate is full-bodied. A rich, greedy wine, between tension and roundness. Harmonious on the palate, with notes of baked apples and juicy pears, underlined by the aromatic freshness of ripe citrus fruit.
