Able to rely on family expertise - his great-grandfather founded and directed the Georges Niets Distillery - the Brussels entrepreneur draws inspiration from his book of ingredients received as a heritage to develop a first recipe based on juniper seeds, cardamom, rosemary, ginger and citrus zest.
